With Commitments, you can:
- Create actionable items from your Key Results, Objectives or Interlocks
- Track work within TG to keep both direction and actions in same tool
You can also utilize Commitments for teams who are not using OKRs. Their work can be contributing to other OKR driven teams.
How do Commitments differ from OKRs?
Commitments exist indefinitely, until they are closed or deleted. OKRs exist for one period at a time.
You control the lifecycle of Commitments through setting its status and due date.
