When removing teams in TG, make sure there are no child teams and no members in the team. A team also needs to have a manager defined.
Before deleting a team in TG, it's important to remember that the process is irreversible. To delete a team, you must first complete the following steps:
- Remove all users from the team (see How to remove users from a team)
- Delete any child teams associated with the team you want to delete
- Ensure that the team has a manager assigned. If there is no manager, you may encounter an "Unhandled Exception" error.
Once you have completed the necessary steps, you can proceed to delete the team by clicking on the trash can icon located next to the team name.
