Who gets notified of Interlocks and their changes?

When you are working on Interlocks, your changes and comments are provided to the relevant people.

Interlocks have a couple of roles that define, who are part of the work to complete or resolve Commitments and Interlocks.

  • Creator: Person who created the Commitment or Interlock
  • Owner: Person driving the resolution
  • Participants are either individuals or entire teams involved in the work to resolve the topics.

Whenever any changes occur within Interlocks, such as creating them or modifying their status, leaving comments, or adjusting participant status, notifications are sent to all relevant individuals and the leaders of the related teams.

Also, if you or your team are added as a participant, you or the team manager will also receive a notification.

Additionally, you can always tag people in your comment, to bring further people into the discussion.
