From the Objective Alignment view, you can view how all the Objectives are related and connected to each other. This view shows the relations between objectives.
From the Align view your organization is in the centre and your Company objectives radiate out, showing all other aligned objectives.
Currently, you can only connect Team Objectives to Company Objectives, and Personal Objectives to Team Objectives.
How do I view the organization structure?
From the Chart view, you can see the Objectives for each team.
You can navigate the view by panning the view and selecting a team and viewing their Objectives.
This view shows you all objectives of your organization; from all teams and all individuals. It gives full transparency on what others are working on and thereby makes it easy to align towards common goals.
