How do I create a Commitment?

Creating Commitments is easy. You can create one from the Commitments or from the Team Commitments view.

You define title, description and owner for the Commitment.

You can then further clarify the Commitment by setting due date and initial status for it. If you need other people or teams involved, you can add them as contributors. 

The Commitment will appear for all people and teams involved in the Commitment. This allows them to be aware and help you on your work.
